The four ServiceNow partner programs and five tiers

ServiceNow runs four partner programs, and a partner can hold a different tier in each. Since April 2026 every program uses the same ladder: Registered, Select, Premier, Elite, Global Elite.
The programs
- Consulting & Implementation
- Implementation, consulting, transformation and support.
- Reseller
- Selling ServiceNow licences and packaged services.
- Service Provider
- Managed services and ServiceNow delivered as a service.
- Build
- Applications and integrations sold on the ServiceNow Store.
The April 2026 rename
Before April 2026 the programs used different names. Specialist became Select in Consulting, Reseller and Service Provider; in Build, Platform became Premier and Advanced Platform became Elite. We keep the historical names in our records and translate them at display time.
