What is a ServiceNow Product Line Achievement?

Last reviewed 2026-10-20

A Product Line Achievement, or PLA, is ServiceNow's assessment that a partner can deliver one product line in one region. It is awarded per product line and per region, and it considers three things: the partner's skilled individuals, its registered deployments and the customer satisfaction those deployments reported.

How it appears

On a partner's Finder profile, each product line shows four region cells: Americas, EMEA, Asia Pacific and Japan, and Global. A checkmark means a Product Line Achievement in that region. A ribbon means the achievement has reached SUCCESS status and the practice is validated. An empty circle means no achievement.

Why it matters

Only partners with an achievement in a product line appear in that line's league table here. A partner with many certified people but no achievement in a line is not listed for it, because ServiceNow has not assessed it there.
