Methodology

Where every figure comes from and how the tables are ordered

Last reviewed 2026-10-20

Data source

Every figure on this site is read from the public ServiceNow Partner Finder: each partner's profile page and the Finder's own search and compare listings. Partners do not report to us and cannot edit their entry here. The only way a number changes is when ServiceNow's record changes.

Update cadence

Profiles are re-read every week, on Sundays, and each read is kept as a dated snapshot. The change feed is the difference between consecutive snapshots. ServiceNow refreshes the Finder in bulk around the 8th to 9th of each month, so most changes cluster just after that.

The figures

Partner Score
ServiceNow's own ranking value for each partner, stored in the partner's Finder record. Higher is better. ServiceNow does not publish how it is computed and it may include signals that are not public. We show it as published and never adjust it.
Customer satisfaction score (CSAT)
ServiceNow's customer satisfaction figure on a 1 to 5 scale, from surveys of the partner's deployments. The overall score covers all product lines; each product line also has its own. ServiceNow does not publish sample sizes, so treat small differences as directional. A line showing no deployments has no score, and we show it as not published.
Product Line Achievement (PLA)
ServiceNow's regional assessment of a partner's capability in one product line, awarded per region (Americas, EMEA, Asia Pacific and Japan, Global). It considers skilled people, deployments and customer satisfaction.
Validated Practice
Earned when a Product Line Achievement reaches SUCCESS status in a region after ServiceNow's detailed review of the practice. We treat a partner as validated in a product line if any region is validated.
Finder search position
Where the partner appears when the Finder is sorted by its default "Best Match" order, for a given filter (program, region, product line, country, industry). This is ServiceNow's ordering, recorded weekly, not ours.
Tiers
In April 2026 ServiceNow unified its ladders to Registered, Select, Premier, Elite and Global Elite across all four programs. Older snapshots keep the historical names (Specialist, Platform, Advanced Platform) and are translated at display time.

How league tables are ordered

  1. A product line's table lists every Consulting & Implementation partner with a Product Line Achievement in that line, in any region.
  2. Partners with a Validated Practice rank above partners with an achievement only.
  3. Within each group: by ServiceNow's CSAT for the line, then deployments, then skilled individuals, then name.

Tier and Partner Score are shown but do not affect the order. Country pages use ServiceNow's own Best Match order instead, because ServiceNow publishes it.

What we do not do

We compute no score of our own. We do not take corrections from partners; to change a figure, change the Partner Finder record and the next read picks it up. Sponsored placements and partner-supplied facts are always labelled and never appear inside a ranked table.

Registered partners

Around 2,100 of the 2,650 partners are Registered tier. ServiceNow asks crawlers not to read their profile pages, so for them we show only what the Finder's listings publish: name, program membership and tier.
