About Nowgentic LLC

As written by the partner in its Partner Finder record.

NowGentic builds on ServiceNow at the speed of AI. Our delivery harness puts AI to work at every step: it turns discovery calls into requirements and user stories, builds the app as code with the ServiceNow SDK, and tests every change. Experienced ServiceNow architects lead every project and approve everything before it reaches your instance. We build almost anything on the platform: custom apps, AI agents, integrations, and work on ITSM, CSM, HRSD and the products you already run. Every project starts with Discover, a fixed fee workshop that ends with a signed spec and a fixed quote. This year we rebuilt a ServiceNow Store application in 12 weeks, with nearly 1,000 changes and thousands of automated tests. Our own app, Source Assist, is certified on the ServiceNow Store. Founded by Chris Faulkner, a former ServiceNow Certified Master Architect, and Amy Glencross, a former Deloitte partner.
