What is the ServiceNow Partner Score?

The Partner Score is a number ServiceNow keeps on every partner's Finder record. It is the ranking value behind the Finder; higher is better. It is a score, not a position: a rise over time is an improvement.

What it is not

ServiceNow does not publish how it is computed, and it may include signals that are not public, such as revenue or internal performance. We show it exactly as published and never recompute it. The directory is ordered by it because it is the one whole-partner figure ServiceNow itself publishes.
