What is a ServiceNow Validated Practice?
Last reviewed 2026-10-20
A Validated Practice is a Product Line Achievement that ServiceNow has reviewed in detail and marked SUCCESS in at least one region. It is the strongest public signal ServiceNow gives about a partner's capability in a product line.
How it is earned
The partner first holds a Product Line Achievement in a region. ServiceNow then reviews the practice itself, its people, deployments and outcomes, and grants validated status when the review passes.
How we use it
In every league table, partners with a Validated Practice rank above partners with an achievement only. Within each group, ServiceNow's CSAT for the line decides the order.
